KRATOS SEMICONDUCTOR was founded in December 2020, and is fully committed to the R&D and localization of semiconductor equipment. The company develops a variety of semiconductor testing equipment with independent intellectual property rights, including those for film thickness and resistance measurement, as well as overlay alignment systems, wet process equipment, particle cleaning equipment and high-precision spectrometers. It has also signed cooperative agency agreements with several major foreign equipment suppliers, such as DAIKIN FINETECH, a Japanese wet cleaning equipment manufacturer, Korean alignment equipment manufacturer AUROS and others.
KRATOS SEMICONDUCTOR focuses on the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales integration services of semiconductor process equipment, providing one-stop solutions for semiconductor manufacturers' process equipment. We will provide customers with advanced semiconductor technology products and an experienced technical service team to provide efficient and high-quality services. This includes sales, installation, software and hardware support and performance improvement of machine equipment, process development and yield improvement, relocation, maintenance services, warranty repair services, parts support, and education and training.
