Kratos SEMICONDUCTOR was established in December 2020, dedicated to the research and development of semiconductor equipment and localization. It develops various semiconductor related equipment with its own intellectual property rights, including lithography alignment, wet process equipment, particle cleaning equipment, high-precision spectrometers, etc. It has also signed cooperative agency agreements with multiple major foreign equipment suppliers, such as TOHO (Dongbang), a Japanese wet cleaning equipment manufacturer, Korean alignment equipment manufacturer AUROS and others.
